Draft — operator details, providers and retention must be completed before the public launch.

Słowidok terms of use
Terms for the Słowidok website and mobile app. The game is in development; describing a planned feature does not mean it is currently available.
1. Operator and contact
The service is provided by Dark Fox Kamil Kmetyk, address: Biała Góra 107, 97-505 Dobryszyce, Polska, tax identification: 5941594885. Contact for the game, accounts and complaints: kontakt@darkfox.pl.
2. Access to the service
The website introduces the game and provides documents. Player registration and sign-in take place in the iOS or Android app, not on the website. The web panel is for authorised staff.
You need a compatible device, a current app version and an internet connection. Store listings specify device requirements. Your internet provider may charge for connectivity.
The game is free and does not offer a paid subscription. Ads may appear after you finish playing or after closing rankings, history or achievements. The first launch after installation is ad-free; protection ends after the first actual playing session and return to the menu (that exit is still ad-free), or after restarting the app. They will never appear between rounds of an ongoing play session or interrupt active play. Providers and ad terms will be disclosed before activation.
3. Guest play and player accounts
You can start as a guest without creating an account. Once gameplay launches, personal guest history will be stored on the phone. Deleting the app or switching phones means losing guest points and history. Results earned while signed in are durably linked to the account independently of the device.
Accounts are optional. Sign in or register with email and password or configured Google, Apple, Game Center or Google Play Games services. Availability depends on the platform and service configuration.
Signed-in players can edit their name and avatar. Do not impersonate others, infringe their rights or use unlawful content. Protect your login credentials and report suspected account compromise.
A person with limited capacity to enter an agreement or provide consent must involve their guardian where applicable law requires it.
4. Round flow
Players in the same round see the same photo and share a server-controlled clock. A single active player is sufficient to start another round.
Rounds include photo preview, word entry, word recap and results. Current stage durations are shown in the app rules. Administrators may adjust durations for future rounds; an active round keeps its deadlines.
No points are awarded during preview. During play, enter names of objects and details visible in the photo. Submissions received after the deadline do not score. Network delay or reconnection does not grant extra time.
5. Accepted words and scoring
A word scores only if accepted for the particular photo and round language. Being a valid dictionary word does not make it a correct answer for every photo. Typos and spelling errors are not accepted.
Capitalisation and unnecessary spaces are ignored. Polish answers may use or omit diacritics. Alternate spellings of the same accepted answer do not score again; distinct words are not merged merely because their diacritics are removed.
Points belong to a word on a particular photo. A harder word or a better-hidden object has a higher weight. For example, photo A could award 1 point for “mushroom”, 0 for “button mushroom” and 1 for “fish”; photo B awards 4, 10 and 2 respectively. This illustrates the rule; it is not a universal word price list.
Each player earns points for an accepted word once per round. If players A and B both enter “mushroom”, both score; a second submission by player A does not earn that player more points. Player count and answer popularity do not change its value. The server validates points. Later dictionary updates do not recalculate completed rounds.
6. Scores, history and suggestions
Only signed-in players appear in rankings. Rankings and achievements will be released with the relevant features; aggregation details will be provided before launch.
The planned history of the last 50 photos does not reveal dictionaries or other suggestions. Only signed-in players can suggest missing words for a photo and language from their own history; guests cannot submit suggestions. Suggestions are associated with that photo and language, are not publicly attributed to their author and require moderation. Acceptance affects future rounds only.
7. Fair play and content rights
Do not use bots, automated submissions, unauthorised tools or vulnerabilities to manipulate results. Do not disrupt the service or spam forms.
Photos, branding, interface and content may be protected by the rights of the operator or other rights holders. Playing does not transfer redistribution rights. Suggestions are submitted for review and possible use in the game dictionary.
When abuse is reasonably suspected, access or results may be restricted to protect the game. You can request an explanation or challenge a decision at kontakt@darkfox.pl.
8. Leaving, support and complaints
You may stop using the game at any time. You can delete your account from its profile in the app. For other data requests, write to kontakt@darkfox.pl. The privacy policy explains deletion and any legally required exceptions.
Send complaints and bug reports to kontakt@darkfox.pl. Describe the problem, date, app version and round identifier if available. Do not send your password. The operator acknowledges and answers complaints without undue delay and within applicable statutory deadlines.
These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital services, complaints, withdrawal and data protection. Consumer information is available from UOKiK.
9. Updates and changes
Maintenance and security updates may cause interruptions. Material rule changes are communicated before taking effect. Duration or scoring changes do not retroactively affect completed rounds.
Updated terms include a date and information about material changes. We notify you in the app of changes since your last visit and link the documents. Starting or continuing a game after this notice means accepting the current terms and acknowledging the privacy policy; we record the time and document versions. Simply opening the app or dismissing the notice does not record acceptance. You may stop using the service instead of accepting changes.
